Aside from how poor we’ve been generally in the PL would you prefer to watch Forest in the PL or the Championship.
Myself, I’ve just been a bit meh about Forest in the Premier League. I dont think it generally lives up the hype and it just generally feels like a poor product. I can take it or leave it and that feels like it’s tipped over in to my motivation to watch Forest. I think I still watch more Championship games this season than Premier League games . Granted, it could just be nostalgia of that season we tore up the league under Cooper, but it just feels a bit more genuine than the TV hyped up “top flight”. I’m not sure I’ll lose too much sleep if we go down except for the fact that we capitulated.
Unfortunately though, the PL is the only way we have to keeping score of how good or bad we are.

It took us so long to get promoted, it would feel pretty shitty to go back down but I see where you are coming from. It is getting more blatant every week that the top teams are getting desicions. If we were to go down though, and some are happier in the championship.....would we be wanting promotion again? If not then no point in really vwatching them. My hope is that we stay up and improve next year but that's a big ask at the moment.

I’ve been bored with the PL for a very long time and basically think that other than the top 6 or so teams the quality is overrated. In the context of Forest: On the pitch - it’s pretty soul destroying, without the astronomical level of investment of the top clubs you can’t keep up and a club in our position are left to aim for 17th place. Off the pitch - these last two seasons have been my worst as a Forest fan. The membership scheme meant I couldn’t get tickets to hardly any games last season. Whilst I’ve gone up a tier this season and am now guaranteed a home ticket as long as I log on by a certain time, my family and friends don’t have the same level of membership as me (or any membership at all) so I have no one to go to games with. I miss the days when you could just ring the ticket line the Saturday before and buy two tickets. Also, PL ticket prices are too much given the rubbish state of the facilities at the City Ground. I’ll put up with it if I’m paying £25, not so much when it’s £45. At least in the Championship we’d be more competitive and the reduced level of demand for tickets would presumably make it easier to get to more games.

It's nice to be in the top flight as we get talked about more but not always for the the right reasons...as for the rest of it off the pitch you can stick it.. I'm not paying £90 to be a member..what a rip-off!

It's good to be in the Premier League in that that's the aim, but it's not actually more enjoyable is it?
The Championship's generally a more exciting, competitive, and unpredictable league. I bet Leeds, Southampton and Norwich fans have enjoyed this season a lot more than they did their last Premier League one.....

I forgot to mention the best thing about the Championship - No VAR We'd have gone up automatically with it in the Championship.
